We provide our customers with high quality analytical data of the identity and concentrations of compounds in laboratory animal body fluids and tissues (Bioanalysis), in formulations and test systems. We add value by leveraging over 25 years of experience in analytical support in a contract research setting. NOTOX performs the full range of analytical and physical studies you need. Our scientists, all holding higher qualifications (MSc/ PhD) in analytical chemistry, work closely together with your toxicologists and registration managers to provide all the necessary chemical information.
Methods are developed and validated in-house, or existing methods are implemented, followed by a cross-validation. The performance of the method complies with FDA, OECD, SANCO and other international guidelines. Or we tailor methods to your exact requirements.
Analyses are carried out in one of our state-of-the art chemical labs (bioanalytical, analytical and physical chemistry or radiolab) using the latest equipment, including LC-MSMS, GC-MS, ICP-MS, UPLC/HPLC, LSC, ELISA and various physical testing instruments. To allow unattended operation and high sample throughput, instruments are equipped with robotic autosamplers and also a robotic pipetting station is available. Data management is supported by dedicated chromatography and mass spectrometry data systems and our LIMS.
