CARCINOGENICITY
A large number of long-term studies and carcinogenicity studies have been conducted at NOTOX, resulting in a ‘proven track record’ and generation of a substantial body of background data, including spontaneous tumor incidences.
The quality of study output is significantly enhanced by the fact that we perform this type of long-term study with a very stable and experienced group of employees. NOTOX has an exceptionally stable staff base with minimal turnover of personnel.
Historical data all apply to the use of preferred strains: Wistar Han rats and Swiss (CD-1) mice. NOTOX has experience of implementing various routes of dosing. In addition, NOTOX has successfully formulated complex dosing regimes for two-year studies.
